Reliant Self-Storage Acquisition Update - 2017

September 2017

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 2107 Big Oak Lane, Rock Hill, SC.  The 84,250 net rentable square foot facility will be branded Midgard Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator.

An expansion of climate-controlled unit types is planned comprised of approximately 10,500 net rentable square feet.

September 2017

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 4180 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC.  The 62,726 net rentable square foot facility will be branded Midgard Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator. The facility also includes a significant amount of outdoor parking.

August 2017

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 1074 Clements Ferry Rd., Wando, SC.  The 83,950 net rentable square foot facility will be branded StoreSmart Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator.

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 1651 TW Alexander Dr., Durham, NC.  The 57,875 net rentable square foot facility will be branded StoreSmart Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator.

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 15600 Old US 41 N., Naples, FL.  The 72,745 net rentable square foot facility will be branded Midgard Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator.  The facility also includes a significant amount of outdoor parking.

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 3900 Oak Grove Rd., Loganville, GA.  The 41,200 net rentable square foot facility will be branded Midgard Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator. The facility also includes a significant amount of outdoor parking.

An expansion of standard drive-up and climate-controlled unit types is planned comprised of approximately 43,300 net rentable square feet.

January 2017

We are proud to announce the acquisition of our newest facility located at 1405 SW McEver Rd., Gainesville, GA.  The 52,750 net rentable square foot facility will be branded Midgard Self Storage, and Reliant will serve as an owner/operator.

An expansion of climate-controlled unit types is planned comprised of approximately 20,000 net rentable square feet.
