Chris Zollo is the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Reliant. He is responsible for overseeing capital raising activities for Reliant, the development of additional product vehicles, and communications with both existing and prospective investors. Over his 28 years of experience, Chris has led best in class investor relations teams directly responsible for developing and servicing $10B in assets under management.
Chris' roles have been focused on capital raising, executing distribution models, product development, and building investor relations teams. Prior to Reliant, Chris was the Senior Managing Director of Investor Relations at both Audubon and Croatan Investments. Prior to that, he spent 10 years raising capital both institutionally and within the private wealth channel at Harrison Street.
He started his real estate career at Heitman where he helped build their Private Wealth and Institutional businesses as Vice President of Client Service and Marketing. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts and is an active member of the MMI, AIMSE, and PREA.
