Reliant Real Estate Management was founded by Todd Allen and Lewis Pollack, who purchased their first self-storage facility in 2007. Building on early operating experience, Reliant was formally established in 2009 with a clear focus on institutional-quality execution in the self-storage sector.
Over the past fifteen-plus years, the firm has evolved from a single-facility operator into a top 20 self-storage owner and operator in the United States. Today, Reliant manages more than 100 self-storage properties across 10+ states, supported by an integrated platform designed to scale efficiently and perform across market cycles.
