As Human Resources Manager, Crissy Davis is responsible for Reliant's HRIS, managing employee relations issues, worker's compensation, benefits and employee policies.
With almost 20 years in the HR field, and leveraging her experience from both the PEO and private sector, Crissy has extensive knowledge of the challenges that employers face.
She has consulted with companies in various sectors from healthcare to stainless steel and everything in between. She brings a wealth of knowledge which benefits Reliant and supports its goal of continued growth.
Crissy is a graduate of Auburn University, holds a Master's in Management from Friends University and has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
