As Vice President of Acquisitions & Strategy, Matt Naioti is responsible for the revenue growth of the portfolio and the underwriting of new acquisitions and developments including financial pro forma, market analysis, and competition studies.
In his tenure with Reliant Real Estate Management, Matt has held numerous positions within the company including Operations, Accounting, and Acquisitions. In doing so, he has accumulated a wide range of experience regarding the various aspects of the self- storage industry. His uniquely broad experience with the self-storage asset class has provided him with an invaluable perspective to make critical decisions in analyzing and underwriting potential acquisition and development sites.
Prior to joining Reliant, Mr. Naioti received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a specialization in Finance from Binghamton University.
