Before joining Reliant Real Estate Management, Mr. Richardson served as Executive Vice President of Construction at Prime Group Holdings (Prime Storage), where he held full oversight of construction and development teams, managing over $100 million in development projects.
His leadership and strategic approach to project execution played a critical role in the successful delivery of numerous large-scale initiatives.Throughout his career, Mr. Richardson has held senior-level positions in construction project management across a broad range of commercial sectors, demonstrating expertise in managing complex, high-budget projects and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Mr. Richardson is a licensed North Carolina Contractor and holds a Real Estate License in New York State, further solidifying his comprehensive knowledge of both construction and real estate markets.
